For the best print quality, artwork should be approximately 300 DPI at the final print size.

Uploading a small or low-resolution image and enlarging it does not necessarily improve its quality.

IMPORTANT: If a background is visible in your submitted artwork, it may print.

Artwork quality

Please inspect your artwork carefully for:

• Blurry or pixelated images
• Unwanted backgrounds
• White boxes or edges
• Incorrect spelling
• Incorrect colors
• Small details
• Poor-quality artwork

M5 Kreations is not responsible for quality issues already present in customer-supplied artwork.

You are responsible for arranging and sizing your designs inside the gang sheet builder.

Before submitting your order: Double-check every design’s WIDTH and HEIGHT.

Make sure:

• Designs are the correct size.
• Nothing extends outside the printable area.
• Designs are not accidentally overlapping.
• There is enough room between designs for cutting.
• You have included the correct number of each design.
• All artwork is facing the correct direction.

IMPORTANT: M5 Kreations prints customer-built gang sheets as submitted.

We do not automatically resize, rearrange, rotate, correct, or redesign your artwork.

If you need assistance preparing your artwork, contact M5 Kreations before placing your order. Additional design or artwork preparation fees may apply.

Please verify the dimensions of every design before checkout.

A design appearing large or small on your phone or computer screen does not determine its actual printed dimensions.

Always check the actual WIDTH × HEIGHT shown in the gang sheet builder.

M5 Kreations is not responsible for transfers submitted at an incorrect size.

Printed colors may differ from your phone or computer screen. Screen settings, artwork quality, garment color, and the printing process can affect the finished appearance.

Standard DTF printing does not produce actual metallic shine, glitter, foil, reflective, fluorescent, or glow-in-the-dark effects. Artwork containing these effects will be reproduced using standard ink colors. Gold artwork will print as a flat color rather than metallic gold.

Exact screen-to-print color matching is not guaranteed.

DTF printing uses white ink.

If your artwork contains white areas, those areas may be intentionally printed with white ink.

Please make sure unwanted white backgrounds or white areas have been removed before submitting your artwork.

Production begins after payment and complete, print-ready artwork have been received.

Turnaround estimates may change because of order volume, artwork issues, equipment maintenance, holidays, or material availability. Same-day service is available only when confirmed by M5 Kreations.

Please tell us your event date before ordering. Rush service must be approved in advance and may require an additional fee. Shipping time is separate from production time.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Once your gang sheet enters production, we may not be able to change:

Artwork • Design Size • Quantity • Placement • Sheet Size • Colors

Contact M5 Kreations immediately if you notice an issue after ordering. We will make changes when possible if production has not started.

If your order arrives with a printing defect, incorrect item, or missing quantity attributable to M5 Kreations, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos.

Please keep affected transfers unused until the issue has been reviewed. After confirming the problem, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or reprint.

Customer artwork errors, incorrect sizing, unwanted backgrounds, and damage caused by improper customer application do not qualify as production defects.

DTF application settings can vary depending on the transfer, heat press, garment, and fabric.

Always test when working with a new garment or material.

Follow the pressing instructions supplied with your order for the recommended:

Temperature • Time • Pressure • Peel Method • Repress

General application tips

• Pre-press the garment briefly to remove moisture and wrinkles.
• Position the transfer carefully.
• Use even pressure across the entire design.
• Follow the recommended peel method.
• Repress when recommended using parchment paper, kraft paper, or another approved finishing sheet.

A household iron is not recommended for professional DTF application because consistent temperature and pressure can be difficult to achieve.

Once transfers leave M5 Kreations, proper storage and application are the customer’s responsibility.

M5 Kreations cannot guarantee results when transfers are applied using incorrect:

Temperature • Pressure • Pressing Time • Peel Method • Garment Material

If you are unsure how to press your transfer, contact us before application.

By uploading or submitting artwork to M5 Kreations, you represent that you own the artwork or have the necessary rights, licenses, or permission to reproduce it.

M5 Kreations reserves the right to refuse artwork that we reasonably believe cannot legally be reproduced.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permission to reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material.

Wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup notification before arriving.

Please inspect your order at pickup and report any visible damage, missing items, or printing concerns before leaving when possible.

If you discover an issue afterward, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. Do not press transfers that appear defective before we review them.

All M5 Kreations DTF transfers and gang sheets are custom printed. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded for customer-submitted errors, changes of mind, or incorrect selections.

Please review your artwork, dimensions, quantities, and delivery method before checkout. Confirmed production defects will be reviewed under our Production Errors & Reprints policy. This policy does not limit remedies required by applicable law.

Small lettering, very thin lines, and intricate details may lose definition or may not reproduce clearly. Soft shadows, glows, and partially transparent effects may also print differently than expected.

DTF transfers may have a slight texture or feel, particularly in designs with heavy ink coverage. This is a normal characteristic of the printing process.

For best results, submit clear artwork at approximately 300 DPI at its final print size.

Customers are responsible for checking their files before submitting an order. M5 Kreations does not automatically correct spelling, remove backgrounds, resize designs, or rearrange customer-built gang sheets.

We may contact you if we notice an issue, but an order does not include a complete artwork inspection or proof unless that service has been arranged.

If assistance is needed, contact us before ordering. Any requested artwork changes must be confirmed before production begins.

Customers are responsible for selecting pickup or shipping correctly and providing a complete, accurate shipping address.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Changes may be unavailable once an order has shipped, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates. If a package is delayed, lost, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact M5 Kreations with your order number and tracking information. Keep the packaging and provide photos of any damage so we can help investigate and pursue any available carrier claim.
